Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of personalized items, any products that have been customized or personalized (e.g., engraved jewelry) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please ensure that all personalization details are correct before placing your order.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN inside the package. Ship the item to the following address:

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Jewelry Sales.
