At Jewelry Sales, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Below are the details regarding our shipping options and delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and delivery typically takes 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery usually takes 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please review the following information carefully:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of personalized items, any products that have been customized or personalized (e.g., engraved jewelry) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please ensure that all personalization details are correct before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN inside the package. Ship the item to the following address:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Jewelry Sales.
